A Minor Pivot


Despite the ominous tone of the title this close to the end of the project, we are actually going in a better direction than before. After discussing with our mentor last week, we making some tweaks to the overall gameplay, turning the game less from a slow, exploratory shooter into a timed run-and-gun where the player collects items around the office while battling enemies. So, work has mostly been around that: adding the timer system, working in spawning of items, and introducing our new thematic main-menu system.
